The Man in the Moon is an absolute gem of a local pub! Since Nick and Claire took over, they’ve completely turned the place around and made it a joy to visit . You can really see the care and effort they’ve put in, it’s welcoming, lively, and just a genuinely fun place to spend time. The atmosphere is always brilliant, whether you’re popping in for a quiet drink or heading out for a proper night with friends. There’s a real sense of community, and the people who go there are so friendly and welcoming. It’s the kind of pub where you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door. There is no food at this pub, but bi go on a Monday is alot of fun. They have been sold out of crisps but new managers have just taken over im sure they will get on top of it. New managers are great they came and introduced themselves and we had a nice chat. Really come try this place out they have pool tables and darts but every Monday I have good laughs with the bingo and I have won money and drink vouchers. Great atmospheres.
Stopped here for a drink and a catch up with my cousin and her dog. Never been before. Helpful friendly staff. Drinks priced reasonably, will visit again when we go for the next dog walk!
New Years eve...much more diverse than some other places, loads of room , banging DJ!
Always a good time here but sadly this was for a funeral .. very well looked after fantastic service from staff and very accommodating
