Argyle on tour 😃‼️ Last match of the season and another 5hrs on a train. Perfect location between the Station and the stadium. Nice and friendly with a good choice of beers. We won and Northampton are going down so be back at some point in the future….
Popped in yesterday on the way to Sixfields to watch Peterborough. Was made to feel welcome, nice pub with several screens and drinks at reasonable prices. Plenty of seating options and a well kept pub. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting for football or rugby 👍
We were here for the Rugby World Cup women's 2025. This is a delightful place. Ther lovely atmosphere and welcoming staff made our experience quite enjoyable. Locals clearly love this place, as evidenced by a couple of fellows standing at the bar immediatelyupon the doors opening! The Foundry Arms is a short walking distance to the Franklin Gardens Stadium. It was early and we each had a bacon roll. For some reason we had to pay cash for the rolls, each we did not have. Our new pals bought the rolls for us!!! So we bought them a couple of pints and were able to use the credit card for that.
Good local boozer with hard working staff who know what they’re doing.
Great laugh. great food out the back on Fridays and saints home games. Cheap beer and always quick service
