Came into the pub for a light lunch. The sun was out and more importantly we was greeted with a polite smile and great service inside the pub, Ordered our food which came very hot with only 10 minutes wait. Kelsey served us she was absolutely excellent and couldn’t be more helpful 5 stars! See you again soon Tony and Sarah
Turned a little late in the evening and asked if they was serving food, and they said we had just caught the kitchen it they were still fully happy to serve me and my wife with anything we wanted. The food was delicious and hot, cooked quickly and served with a smile. Made to feel very welcome and will definitely return. Credit to bar staff and kitchen staff and well deserved great review!!!!

The food is a real highlight—a cut above standard pub fare, with a menu that focuses on fresh, quality ingredients and creative dishes. The service is friendly and efficient. Whether you're popping in for a drink on the terrace, enjoying a Sunday roast, or having a full dinner, the combination of great food, lovely setting, and warm atmosphere makes it a top choice.
I had a great experience thanks to Zidane. He was very helpful, polite, and knew exactly how to communicate with customers. He made excellent suggestions on what to choose from the menu, which really made a difference. On top of that, he was always smiling, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended service! I’d also like to add that Zidane showed great attention to detail and made sure everything was just right throughout my visit. He was patient, attentive, and checked in at the right moments without being intrusive. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it truly reflects in the service he provides.
Came to the Biscot Mill today for a family meal and we we're not disappointed. We were served by Zidane who was very friendly and efficient. The food arrived in good time and was delicious as always! We have fussy eaters in our family, and this is never a problem as staff are always happy to help. An all round nice evening eating out with the family. Thank you Biscot Mill team!
