I am leaving this review to thank Michelle and the team for hosting my 50th birthday on Saturday afternoon/evening. Michelle guided me through the whole event from start to finish with arranging the karaoke, catering, welcome drinks, decorations and more. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done professionally and with a touch of class π« The garden was a perfect location to celebrate my big day and my guests and myself had a fabulous time. I will certainly be having any special events there in the future and cannot speak highly enough of the service the team provided. Thank you SO much for a day I wonβt forget πππππ
Lovely pub with an amazing beer garden! From the road outside, you'd never expect this traditional pub to have such a hidden secret! The staff are so friendly as well! This pub that is situated in such an unfortunate position as most of the surrounding pubs have now closed! However, this gem of a boozer keeps on giving! βΊ Enjoy this beautiful beer garden whilst the sun shines! π
A warm welcome awaits at βThe Oakβ !! The beer is great, the staff are fun and friendly, and the banter puts a smile on your face. Seek Shelly and the pub out if you can. Love it π 10/10 highly recommend!
The first time I'd been to this pub. I went to support some friends who were playing there. It's not the sort of place I'd usually frequent, but it's obviously a very popular pub. So much so we could not get into the room where my friends were playing, we had to sit in the other room. I've been told there is a very nice garden at the back, but I didn't see that area so can't say how nice that is. The down side is there is no onsite parking.
Very friendly pub, surprised how busy it was but thatβs a good thing. Pedigree was brilliant Iβll be making it part of my dog walk now I know itβs dog friendly Lovely beer garden
