From the moment I opened the door I knew this was a great pub. The smell, the fire, the furniture , the whole ambience wreaks of Traditional Pub, I loved it. To top it off a great ale selection, perfect Sunday afternoon treat.

Oozes character. Decent service. Friendly matchday locals, spawny late winning goal locals but friendly nonetheless 😀 Definitely worth the trip out from the station and away from some of the standard pubs - go find real Bradford.

Wow, what a great multi-award winning backstreet pub off the beaten track but only 15 minutes or so from the city centre. So good to find so many well kept, locally brewed beers on sale on a Monday. A real pleasure to drink here 👍🏻

There's a good reason this pub has won the Bradford Camra pub of the year multiple times; it's an absolute gem and a half: pub heaven. Cosy traditional pub, just as pubs should be. Sat by the fire, great beer and had a snack there that was genuinely home-made, fresh and delicious. Couldn't ask for more. Stumbled upon it completely by chance and was a veritable highlight of my day in Bradford. Lovely staff, nice customers.

I recently visited this pub in Bradford, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic – warm, welcoming, and with a vibe that made you feel right at home. The crowd was friendly and approachable, and it felt like everyone there was just looking to have a great time together. The ambiance struck a perfect balance between lively and relaxed, making it the ideal spot to unwind. Whether you’re there to catch up with friends or meet new people, this pub has that unique charm that brings people together. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable night out in Bradford!
