Want a drink for yhe price you should be paying? Well, half that again. Hidden gem. Tuesday in January, this doesn't look much from outside. It stretches a whole street back, very deceiving in a good way. A corporate design with a modern twist, pleasing on the eye. Good bar and drink selection, no service issues. Five dart boards, pool table, fruit machine, large tvs everywhere showing sport, music. Plenty of seats, low tables, poser tables, groups tables, doubles - everything. Its clean, toilets are well maintained and its light, warm and welcoming. Music can be a little unnecessarily too loud for an afternoon!
Popped in for a couple drinks before the football. It was busy, 2-3 deep at parts of the bar, but what stood out was the fantastic service. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but there was a woman with red hair and black eyebrows, she was taking the next 2 orders while serving the current one, she had the whole bar under control and kept things moving very efficiently! Honestly some of the best bar service I've seen in a while, especially in a very busy pub full of football fans.
Brilliant, cheap pub. Staff will go out of their way to accommodate requests for particular sports events that you want to see, great filled rolls too. Head along and make up your own minds, you'll be in for a very pleasant surprise.
Been in here twice and going again very soon it's a chilled drink in here and great staff and atmosphere not had food so can't say
Fantastic value for money here on draught pints, don't know how they can charge so little to be honest, but very glad they do
