📍 2.9 miles from Bloomfield Road
Plum Tree Farm is a family-friendly pub and restaurant located near Blackpool's Whitehills Business Park, approximately 1.5 miles from Blackpool Pleasure Beach. It offers a variety of hearty meals, including a signature carvery available daily, as well as classic pub dishes like fish and chips and breakfast options. The venue features an indoor play area for children, a beer garden, and ample parking, making it a convenient stop for families. While there is no specific information about its popularity among football fans or its proximity to Blackpool FC's Bloomfield Road stadium, its welcoming atmosphere and range of facilities suggest it could be a comfortable choice for matchday dining. However, without explicit evidence of catering to football fans, its suitability for such purposes remains uncertain.
A couple of days ago, i recently went here for a meal with my partner. Let me tell you, the carvery was SCRUMPTIOUS! i’m not a fan of stuffing, however their stuffing that they provided was absolutely gorgeous. The meat, wasn’t dry or bitter it was just perfect for my liking. The roast potatoes were very delicious too, especially with the gravy on top which made me want more. The staff, were great with many smiles and were quick when it was busy! I think the names Billy and Chloe? but they were very joyous to us, and very positive which i was pleased with. The environment was cozy and comfortable making me and my partner feel welcomed. Normally i’m a rather judgy person when it comes to food tastes, environment looks, staff members being rude or not being polite; This restaurant not only provided the best food tastes however a great environment AND great staff members! i’m ecstatic, i’ll be visiting again. 😊
The carvery is very expensive , I buy small CARVERY and one large carvery but the difference between 2 plate is about the price and plate, because the meet size and slices is same, no more ,the amount of meet you can't feed a small dog chihuahua, all the vegetables is dry up to deaf , mash potatoes is not from real potato is powder mixture with water, all the vegetables most off the time is off is dry to deaf or mushy what mean is from frozen cooked , the colyflower cheese is powdra with taste of cheese, the beef is not beef smelling like lamb or sheep if you complain you band from there , the chef when give you the meat no smile at all ,customers service need training a lot ,they don't have gloves they touch your plate and they don't care at all , all they wants "money from us" and serve frozen food to people, don't go there Friday Saturday or Sunday the price is raised up to £ 3 or 4 per portion, is disgusting how is go this "carvery restaurant " , THE CAKES ALL IS FROZEN THE GIGANTIC ECLAIRE THE CREAM ON THE MIDDLE IS A CREAM SPRAY, WHAT A JOKE I watched when they open the doors from restaurant on the kitchen absolutely terrifying, THIS PLACE NEED A DEEP CLEAN , THIS PLACE IS SAME TOBI CARVERY FROM PRESTON ROAD SHAME ON YOUR PLACE THE FOOD NOT WORTH A PENNY! I'M MORE HAPPY TO PAY FOR QUALITY FOOD AND I TRY THE MIXED GRILL ,BUT IS SAME EVERYTHING WAS COOKING FROM FROZEN , I FEEL EATING FROM MCDONALD'S 😅
It's one of the 'Farm' carverys so you know pretty much what you are getting, the ham & turkey were decent, I always avoid the beef. It's quick and convenient during the week, park at the door and in and out within the hour. Staff were great and it is decent value for money.
Stayed in the area for a couple of nights and looked for somewhere nice for an evening meal, reviews online led us to this place and they were spot on. Nice friendly atmosphere, staff were helpful and chatty and the food was spot on. The carvery was delicious and plenty of it too. Highly recommend
i recently went on a date with my other half for a lovely meal and when i say this meal was extremely delicious. it was extremely delicious. we ordered a standard carvery and it was gorgeous. i had gammon, turkey, stuffing, yorkshire pudding, mash, roast potatoes and obviously gravy. the gammon and turkey tasted amazing. you could tell it was slow cooked to perfection. the stuffing was the idol of this plate. it was the most perfect stuffing i’ve had. the yorkshire pudding was the biggest one ive seen! it was so crispy and nice paired with the gravy. the mash was creamy and flavourful on the tongue. usually i’m a snob when it comes to roast potatoes but oh my goodness… they were crispy and fluffy and the same time! FULL OF FLAVOUR TO! the gravy was delicious and smooth which is good because usually other places haven’t mixed it properly. the staff and service was fast and lovely. billy was on the bar and he was quick and joyful with a lovely smile on his face. Andy made sure our food was fine and he had a lovely smile on his face. the table we sat at was cozy in the corner where we could eat and chat feeling like nobody would bother us. i then ordered a brownie sundae which was gorgeous. the ice cream wasnt warm or melting straight away and the brownie and the sauce was magnificent. thank you plum tree for a wonderful date with my partner. we will be visiting soon again! 🤤😆
