Classic pub fare in a medieval building. This quaint pub in a 15th-century, timber-framed building offers a familiar menu and beer on tap.

Nice pub with 2 garden areas, plenty of indoor and outside seating. Really good selection of drinks, especially gin flavours! Occasionally, have a DJ in and a good space to have a dance. Staff are attentive, and it's clean. They have quiz night on a Wednesday evening, and no under 18s are allowed on site. I haven't eaten here so can't comment on food.

Went to the pub with my coworkers and we dined there in the afternoon. The atmosphere is quaint and typical of an English pub. We got a few appetizers and my coworker got the fish and chips. The food was average. They had a very good selection of beer. The service was super friendly.

The Old Punch Bowl is a charming and cozy pub that offers a delightful blend of history, ambiance, and excellent service. Located in a quaint setting, it has managed to maintain a warm, traditional feel while offering modern amenities and an inviting atmosphere. The pub’s interior is rich with character, featuring exposed wooden beams, a crackling fireplace, and comfortable seating that makes it perfect for both casual drinks or a sit-down meal. The outdoor seating area is a great spot to enjoy sunny days, adding to its appeal. The menu is diverse, offering classic pub fare with a modern twist. Whether you’re fish and chips, or a well-crafted burger, the food is consistently well-prepared and flavorful. Their selection of beers, is extensive, catering to both local tastes and international selections. The music is lively and played at a perfect volume—loud enough to enhance the atmosphere but soft enough to still enjoy conversation. It adds to the vibrant energy of the pub without being overwhelming. What truly stands out, however, is the friendly and attentive staff. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and efficient service, making every visit a pleasant experience. Overall, The Old Punch Bowl is the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy great food, drinks, and upbeat music in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone in the area looking for a traditional yet vibrant pub experience!

We absolutely love this place. It’s our go-to spot whenever my friends and I feel like having a drink and a good time. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the service is consistently amazing—friendly, attentive, and relaxed. The food is really nice too, with a solid selection that always hits the spot. Whether we’re just popping in for a quick pint or staying for a full meal, The Punch Bowl never disappoints.

We were in Crawley for an evening with a layover in London. We happened to find the Old Punchbowl since we were in the area. Wow. This place was awesome. I don't remember the name of the bartender who waited on us. But she was amazing. And I had the best chicken burger I've ever had in my life here. It was the Tonkatsu Chicken Burger. If you like curry...this is a must try. And that was back in October...and I'm only more trying to find out how to replicate that dish!

This is quite a traditional pub with oak beams and a wooden floor. The service is amazing. The food is second to none, with the quality of the food being exceptional. Credit and debit cards accepted. Nice to find another pub where staff ask if customers have any allergies or intolerances. That's good! I will definitely come here again, especially for a lunch. Has a really diverse range of spirits. The beers are average. Cocktails served too. The drinks menu even describe the taste of each brand of gin, rum, vodka and whisky they serve. Never seen that before. Definitely th best pub around.

We went there as a hen party after a brunch across the road, lovely pub, great service from the bar staff However, the DJ rolling his eyes at me when I requested a song (twice!!) and the almost refusing to play the hens favourite tune is not great service. He needs to understand he is providing a service to the paying customers (and we spent a lot!!!!).
