A long-standing Stratford local close to the matchday transit hubs (WhatPub notes Stratford Underground/Overground/DLR at ~650m and Stratford International at ~700m), making it an easy meet-up before heading to the London Stadium. It shows live sport on TV (listed with TNT Sports) and has advertised “all live sport shown,” so early kick-offs and other games are covered. Food is served (including “food served all day” posts and a menu link), which helps for pre-/post-match bites. It’s also described as popular with many West Ham fans, so expect a home-crowd atmosphere on matchdays.

Quickly turning into my favourite Mid week pre match pub (Orient fan). Service fantastic and the best pint of Guinness I've had in years. Just a really nice pub, please don't change.

Me and my friends of 6 people were visiting over the weekend just now, absolutely love the place. Our favourite pub in London and so incredibly warm hearted personal. It feels like a family pub where you are always welcome!

This is what I would describe as a proper London boozer. Doesn’t look much on the outside but a warm welcome awaits inside this fairly large pub with a bar in the middle surrounded by a choice of seating options. Dart board, pool table and tvs too. Good prices for London. Children were also welcome to. Stopped off on route to Leyton and pleased I did. Would definitely return in the future 👍

If you want a perfect British pub, this is where you need to go! The drinks and service is simply next to none! Everyone is so friendly and it is so reasonable in price. The local bars near it are terrible and I could not suggest you visiting this pub enough. This review simply will not do this pub justice, if you don't go, you are very silly.

A very quiet and chilled bar with excellent customer service. The lady at the bar is very nice. Very perfect if you want to chat without the overcrowding and noise you will normally get at other bars. My first visit here was just to use the toilet and I was allowed with no fuss. So I returned a week later to do a drink catch-up with my friend. It was good to watch the Europa League in the background too.
