The Crabtree is a short walk from Craven Cottage and explicitly positions itself as a riverside pub near the ground, making it convenient pre- or post-match. It shows live sport (via its dedicated Live Sport page), so early or late kick-offs can be watched on site. Fulham FC also uses The Crabtree for official pre-match hospitality, underlining its matchday role. The pub’s spacious beer garden gives fans room to gather before heading to the stadium, and independent guides note that away supporters are welcomed alongside home fans, making it a friendly mixed spot. Food menus are available if you want a sit-down meal before the game.

Great atmosphere esp for family with children. large pretty garden and seats by the river, very nicely done in door as well with lots of space. I came on the day they had live music. Not great musicians but they made the pub became really fun.

The Crabtree is a fantastic spot! I had the chicken roast and it was absolutely brilliant—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and satisfying. The outdoor seating area has such a great vibe, especially on a warm day. The large trees provide plenty of shade, making it comfortable even in hot weather. A perfect mix of great food, relaxed atmosphere, and a scenic riverside location.

I enjoyed a very pleasant meal here on my last night of a trip to England in 2025.
On a hot summer's evening, the outdoor eating area is an oasis like spot under shady willows with peeps of the river. Service is friendly and efficient. I'm not usually a dessert eater, but save yourself for the "pudding menu". It has some very inviting offerings.

Just had the best summer vegan pub food! Lovely pub, nice layout, large garden. Speedy service and the team member who served me was very friendly. I think the pub could use a little love, however they are currently have a small refurb I think, so when they’re done I’m sure it’ll be stunning!

Good times and great experience —perfect for friends, family, or anyone craving good vibes. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with helpful staff and generous portions (though the kids’ steak could use a size boost!). Definitely planning to return—just make sure to book ahead. In winter, the waterfront setting will totally transform the mood… can’t wait to see it in a different light. #FoodieFind #FamilyFriendly #WaterfrontDining #WorthTheReservation

Lovely pub about 15 minute walk from tube. Large garden with great views. Food was smaller portions than average gastropub and highly priced. Nice friendly staff

A lovely riverside pub near Hammersmith station. There is a large indoor seating area, but also multiple outdoors seating areas. I came here for Sunday lunch without a reservation and got seated right away. I had fish and chips and a watermelon margarita. I also shared a starter and a dessert with my friends.

Good vibes, nice front patio area under the tree (deapite being next to bins), and beer garden at back. But the food felt like an afterthought. My burger was overcooked and dry. When I asked if I could have it medium rare, the waiter said it was "company policy" to make it medium-well. It was neither of that, being well done instead. The sour dough bread, albeit warm, didn't taste anything like one. And the burrata said with artichokes was tired and bland. Again, come for the games night or drinks. I'd pass on the food. Better value and taste from gastropubs elsewhere.
