I had a great experience thanks to ADRIAN, who was an outstanding waiter from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on his face. He made sure our table had everything we needed without us even having to ask. Adrian was quick, polite, and knew the menu well—he gave great recommendations and made us feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find someone so professional and genuinely caring in customer service. Adrian made our visit enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for him if you want great service!

I was very glad to find this place tonight on my way home. Warm place, very warm staff. Juan, Jose and Angel made our nigh. Great cocktails, even better drinks, all combined with a lovely atmosphere. We will be back.

I went here last night and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the security staff. This was my second time visiting, and I can honestly say I have never been treated so rudely. When I politely asked for their names to raise my concerns with management, they refused to provide them and instead responded aggressively, which was completely uncalled for. It’s such a shame because the atmosphere and vibe inside are genuinely great, but having such a negative and hostile interaction at the door really set the wrong tone for the night. I hope management takes this seriously, as guests deserve to feel respected from the moment they arrive.

Adrian was amazing! From the moment we arrived, he was kind, professional, and very attentive. He made sure our drinks were always full and our food came out just the way we wanted. He even took the time to check if we were enjoying everything. It’s clear that Adrian cares about his customers and enjoys what he does. His great attitude and excellent service really made our visit special. Highly recommended!

This is a difficult review for me, the boundary is a great pub on paper but they just can’t get their act together. I live round the corner so was so excited to see it open. It opened in March and I was one of the first through the doors, no one could work out how to turn a tv on, take a reservation, or use the speakers but I kept on going because I discounted it to teething problems. But 5 months on and the problems still persist. The staff have literally know idea how to use any of the technology in the pub, and therefore it is completely unreliable for sport. When I went in and asked for Wimbledon; they put on horse racing, it took them about an hour to work out how to change the channel. For the football, they will randomly change the game half way through and then say they don’t know how to get it back. On a Friday / Saturday it is busy, but crazy loud with live music to the point it’s uncomfortable. Getting a reservation is a game of chance, as any reservation you make has a 50% chance of being looked at. This pub just needs to be better run. Then it will be great. Until then, I have decided to abandon it and go to the many better run pubs in Fulham.

Adrian was absolutely fantastic! He welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel comfortable right away. He was quick, organized, and very respectful. Every request was handled with care, and his timing was perfect—never rushed, never slow. You can tell he really enjoys his job and cares about the guests. Adrian made our meal so much more enjoyable. A true professional!

We were there today in between hours and still the outside was filled. Good atmosphere. Great music and fab service. Anna you have the most engaging smile even when I was fussy 😃 what a great place. Apparently the live music is of great quality. Definitely worth going back to sample that. Great start guys ❤️
