We was passing and popped in for dinner. Didn't realise it was quiz night apparently so was quite busy. Advised to go round and see if there was seating in the bar area around the back bit which there was a good few tables. Also was told if there is cuterly on the table it will moved soon. It was moved and table cleaned literally in a few minutes. Food come quite quickly, maybe 30/40 mins wait, good considering it was a busy evening. Had x2 gammon dishes, the one on a deal, which I think is a good price, for what you get. Kids all had steak each. All was cooked fine & food was tasty. Meat, chips etc cooked well, apart from few of the peas, maybe overcooked? As some were dry & like shrivelled up. Waitress who brought food over, short dark hair, was nice & friendly.

Great place, food was just how we wanted it and the Mac n cheese is probably the best I’ve had. We waited a little while for food and Kerry and another member of staff (blonde) handled it perfectly; not only we got our food straight away but they offered to offer us complimentary drinks for our inconvenience and a partial refund. Couldn’t thank them more 😊.

We come here very often and never come away thinking anything but good things. The food is always delicious and priced appropriately. The staff are always welcoming no matter how busy, Carla and Nina are the staff who have stood out to us so far as the most friendly. It can be a little busy at times but that’s expected for a pub so good 😊

Briliant got the Thursday burger deal (buy one get one free), got 2 double burgers, fries, and two large Cokes for £20 Very good food too

Served at table by Sophie owing to my mobility issues, nothing was to much trouble. The food was delicious, my mixed grill was served well and hot. My wife's scampi was just as good. Superb all round will visit again.

Amazing place!! On our way home from Camping we decided to stop here as reviews said dogs are welcome, and let me tell you they are!! They love them! On arrival i asked if they are and they confirmed and said there is a specific area for dogs indoor or anywhere outdoor. As we walked in they asked if they could give our pup a treat. They have her a pupchinno ( dog safe dessert) she loved it then they gave a goody bag with a ball, treats and a few little bits in there. Amazing place, food was also 10/10 fresh, sizzling and flavoursome. Chicken was tender and BBQ beef burnt ends were amazing. It all was, You must visit, such a lovely place only if it was closer to home it would be our local one to go to. Woof! Thank you for your kindness and we will be stopping again!!
