Decent atmosphere and great for a couple of drinks before visiting the Empire Theatre. Went in after the gig and the ladies kept the bar open for us. Nice to enjoy a drink in a traditional pub. Will definitely visit again 👍

The first pub I have ever refused entry ! I was not wearing football colors but the door person advised home fans only after asking to see our tickets. There was nothing advertising this outside the pub which was also very very quiet . We were advised to go to another neighboring pub . What trouble do u expect a father and his young son to cause.

Landlady said she would have cans of bitter for sale in the garden bar. Preston match, no cans !!! Please can we bitter drinkers get cans if no draught. Cans now available in garden bar.. exellent.

Called in on Sunday and the contrast between now and when the previous owners had it is like night and day. Great atmosphere and very busy. Staff very friendly and good beer as well. I can't believe the difference. Well done guys

The refurbishment is amazing. The way they handled themselves today on such short notice is second to none. If you support rovers this is the best place next to the beloved 'Blues bar.'
