Been there at a Friday evening and it was great!
Callum was working behind the counter and he was very polite and friendly, great guy!
A band set up inside the pub and played some good quality music, nothing too loud and definitely elevating the whole atmosphere.
Bonus points for the delicious Brazilian bbq that is being served there during the weekends, at the rear garden.
Bottom line, great pub!

I had an exceptional experience thanks to Laura's outstanding service at the pub! From the moment I stepped in, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine friendliness that immediately made us feel welcome. Her attentiveness, promptness, and ability to anticipate our needs truly stood out. The drinks were perfectly prepared, and her recommendations were spot-on. It's rare to find someone as dedicated and personable as Laura. I highly recommend visiting and requesting her serviceβyou won't be disappointed! Thank you, Laura, for making our visit so memorable.
A nice pub located in Old Woking. The exterior looks vibrant as the place stands out as clearly visible in the photos, absolutely loved this fact and it honestly caught my eye from far away whilst walking towards the pub.
There's seating options available - inside as well as outdoors facing a small stream.
The ambience is 10/10. There is a good variety available in terms of children's menu and a small play area for them. Definitely has a very homely and positive vibe
A must visit if your around the place.

Excellent service- nothing is too much. Food: we had Sunday roast. Limited Vegetarian option but it was nice and large portions.
Would definitely go again. Reasonable prices

Went down for the family easter day and it was amazing!! So much to do for the kids, they had games, bouncy castle, lots of prizes, face painting - also the food was good and decent prices. Highly recommend and will be going back soon!

The crown and Anchor is a really nice place to be on the inside. I've gone by this place so many times and never given it a look simply because it looks like a person that has their back to you. Not very inviting. I was never really sure if it was even open. Its a very nice quiet place to sit and have lunch in the week. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wraps were tasty. Maybe too much mayo. Not much more to say about this one until I return and do more than a quiet lunch!

Extremely rude and unprofessional bar staff
Upon placing an order for three gin and tonics, we were astonished to see that the drinks were served with a minimal amount of ice. Additionally, we noticed that she used only two bottles of tonic for the three drinks, resulting in an inadequate mixture and a compromised drinking experience.
