such a fantastic pub with great selection of drinks. This pub is perfect if you love the football spoilt for choice with large screens. Oh not to forget the large beer garden to to up your tan or let kids have a play on park or football nets. 10/10 this pub staff are brilliant too 👏

we've been going to The crown and Anchor for perhaps over a yr now. we live close to Chesterfield town centre and enjoy Friday nights in this pub . we visit perhaps a few times a month. really nice atmosphere and staff are very welcoming and friendly. The pub raise alot of money for different charity's., great entertainment and quizzes. highly recommend!!

horrible service, owners (wife and husband) awfully rude. drinking on the job, sticky glasses not properly washed, dirty utensils, dirty/sticky tables, filthy sticky floor that seems to be never cleaned. horrid atmosphere would not recommend

Great venue for all occasions. Gig venue, birthday party, wake. All were going on the orher night & the venue was able to cope with ease. Didn't use it but there was a nice big outdoor space with things for the kids to do as well. Reasonable selection of drinks and food prices. Excellent staff, the landlord & lady were lovely.

where to start, owners not taking proper care of the establishment. owners extremely rude and unfriendly. unclean utensils and glasses, tables that have not been wiped/cleaned and horrible toilets that seem to never been cleaned. never coming here again taking my business elsewhere!

First visit as my eldest daughter recently moved to Chesterfield.
Great, expansive (but certainly not expensive!) pub with Theakston on tap, sports on TVs, pool and darts.
Great outdoor areas - ideal should we finally see some sunshine - and friendly staff.
