Lovely atmosphere as you walk in, great staff and attentive. The food, well … I’ve never had a better Sunday roast yet. Amazing food, cooked perfectly. Starters too, ever tasty. Highly recommend . Very impressed to say the least

Just popped by for a drink, I was walking past and just saw the lovely lights in the garden. Went in and it had a very cozy feel inside. Greeted with the most welcoming staff. Love the decor and vibe in the garden. Gonna visit again and try the food.

Visited The Coleham Tap for the first time and it didn't disappoint . We weren’t sure what to expect, but from start to finish, everything was spot on. The service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food was beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. The chunky chips were unbelievably thick and crispy, an absolute must-keep item on the menu! The red Thai curry was perfect, not too hot, not too mild, just the right balance of spice and portion size. Drinks were also great, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of food and service. Looking forward to returning when the weather improves to enjoy food and drinks outside by the river. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely Sunday roast at this place. Lovely views over the river and managed to enjoy a drink in the sun before heading inside for our roast. Beef was cooked to perfection & nice to see a decent amount of vegetables on a Sunday dinner. Roasted carrots & parsnips were delish. Massive Yorkshire pudding as well. Topped off with a fantastic ice cream sundae. Definitely worth the hour trip from home to come back & enjoy good food & service.

Lovely place, staff are excellent. Food is good, menu changes seasonally and has some nice surprises on it. It’s a Marstons pub and has their beer range, and it’s got a great atmosphere and we spent a lovely afternoon eating and drinking with friends!

Had a lovely meal again here. Chicken and chorizo on flatbread was tasty, and the best pie in a pub was certainly in my top 3 pub pies. Well worth giving it a try.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The atmosphere was cosy and inviting, with that perfect balance of charm and comfort you hope for in a good pub. The food was absolutely excellent – we visited to try out the new pie on the menu by Tom Shepherd who appeared on The Great British Menu. The pie was full of flavour, with lots of filling, served with smooth mash and veggies. Whether you're popping in for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, you won’t be disappointed. All in all, a lovely experience. We’ll definitely be back – highly recommend!

Really nice pub with a large ouside decking area overlooking the river, a must when the sun is shining. They do some really good mid week deals on their food, we had 3 courses including a nice steak for £18:25.
