On my to do list since they opened recently. Eight minutes walk from the railway station near to the football ground. There is a shaded outside seating but I preferred the great air conditioning inside. Upon entering I stated my preference and was given 3 samples! Staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Great selections of beers not to mention ciders and wines. Plus a well stocked fridge. The venue has an inclusitivity policy so all are welcome. Had a thoroughly good time and would highly recommend a visit.

So I was in Maidenhead last night to watch my beloved Oldham Athletic at York Road home of Maidenhead United so as I was looking for somewhere to park the car I saw The Hoppy Place so after I parked up I headed in to The Hoppy Place for a quick pint. The bar sells Crafts Largers, Craft Beers, IPA's etc really large selection of Craft beers across the board, Really quirky interior and so I ordered a Pint of IPA and grabbed a seat. Service was great, Laid back atmosphere, Polite and friendly staff, Bar was spotlessly clean, Clean toilets, Dog friendly bar, I paid Β£6.40 for a pint of IPA it was a fantastic pint and you can Pay Cash Or Card and the pint tasted very hoppy, I finished my pint and headed to the Stripes bar(Fan bar at the stadium). Me and My Wife post alot of reviews on Google and we always give our honest impressions and opinions on everything from Service, value for money, travel, Flights, Hotels, Flights, Airbnbs, food, restaurants, Bars, Pubs, Customer services, cleanliness, Comfort, Beaches, Beach bars, beauty treatments etc and we have over 29,000,000+ reviews on Google. 5β˜† 5β˜† 5β˜† 5β˜† 5β˜†

Craft ale place .. great if you like craft ales but no other options so not my thing. Basic inside but they did have custard flavour beer which was really nice

One of the very best specialist craft beer bars I have visited, and I’ve been to plenty. The staff are knowledgeable as to what they are purveying, the range of beers in both style and ABV is excellent. Highly recommended! This place deserves to do well. Dog friendly too!

Simply the best place for the craft beer lover or anyone who wants to feel part of a community, with regular monthly activities such as pub quiz, open mic nights, and crafty activities

A great new addition to the bar scene in Maidenhead. Not stuff or snobby just a bunch friendly knowledgeable people passionate about beer. I’ve been twice since it opened and it’s been great both times. The bartenders are really good at making suggestions & letting you have a little taste before committing to a full measure. There’s a wide variety of beers on offer from IPA’s, to sours, to stouts and more. The second time we went the selection had updated and we got to try some new beers (strawberry sour FTW) There’s even a great selection of low/no alcohol free options for anyone that wants to join in without consuming much or any alcohol. There’s also a selection of other high quality spirits behind the bar and a couple of wines if that’s your thing. The first time we went, they had a stone baked pizza truck outside, which was a perfect pairing.

I love A Hoppy Place! This has been my go to bar for a good while now. The atmosphere is great inside- lovely furnishing, great music and tons of friendly people! The staff are wonderful, helpful and chatty. As soon as I walk in they slide a few samples of sours towards me because they know it’s what I like. Dogs are allowed as well which makes it even better. If you’re looking for a place to go with a few friends or even by yourself, this is the place! The staff are full of knowledge and always helpful, so if you don’t know what to get they are always there to help. I’d highly recommend this tucked away gem.

Hidden gem in Maidenhead - short walk away from the train station! GREAT selection of Ales IPAs Sours... tried couple - had a Hazy and the Cherry GarSour. Both really good (and I don't usually do Sours!). Now Elizabeth Line gets you from East London to this side of town; would definitely return! RECOMMEND.
