My room was beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and had excellent facilities. I love the mix of old furniture and contemporary furnishings! The linen quality was gorgeous and the bed so comfortable. A plentiful and varied refreshments were available. Will definitely stay again.
Room #3 absolutely stunning!!! Well appointed, comfortable and beautiful decor. One flight of narrow stairs but worth it! Large bath to boot. Room next door is well appointed kitchen with washing machine and dryer included. Very friendly and professional hosts, dinner available and cold ales. Walking distance to Sainsbury’s, Portmeirion outlet and great charity shop. Worth every penny!
Where to start to review this gem of a place, firstly the rooms are outstanding so big, clean and everything you need, beds are so comfortable and huge, no noise so a good nights sleep is had, there is a kitchen for all to use which has everything you need, icing on the cake is the pub downstairs, i am not from Stoke but am made to feel so welcome by the locals, staff and wonderful landlady Kate! Highly recommend this gorgeous place, cant wait to visit again.
Amazing - great value for money. Friendly welcome. Easy to find and access. A decent night’s sleep in a comfortable and clean room. Didn’t have time to stop in the pub downstairs for a drink but it looked lovely and cosy and the locals were very friendly. Absolutely recommend and will definitely stay again in future 🙏
What more could you ask for from a room? Comfy bed, quiet room, good shower and blinds and curtains that let you sleep. So many places have rubbish window coverings! The staff were super friendly and helpful too. We were feeling under the weather so couldn’t indulge in the beer list which was varied and extensive. A great base to visit the area if you want an authentic non corporate stay!
