Enjoyed lunch here with my bestie. Great service the waitress was lovely, polite and attentive. Food was great too, very hot amazing chicken and tasted stacked burgers. My only gripe was cheap ketchup 😞 top shelf only please too vinegary!
Absolutely amazing place! The food was brilliant and the service provided by Dylan was outstanding. His smile and genuine bubbly personality are a rare sight from waiting staff. Definitely a credit to the place. We were a party of 4 going for a low key birthday meal for my husband and my son. We didn't have huge expectations, just a nice place to have simple, easy food. We had the mixed grill sharing platter and every element was cooked beautifully. The chips were to die for! They even brought us free deserts with candles for the birthday boys (to my son's horror) which was a lovely touch. Looking at the tables around us, the burgers looked fab too and all customers appeared very happy. We will definitely be visiting Smoking Barrels again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Absolutely love this place. If there’s one spot on Oxford Street you need to visit, it’s definitely this one! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is amazing and the staff make you feel so welcome. Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which honestly makes such a difference. The food completely exceeded my expectations. The kebabs and burgers are unreal — full of flavour and so well cooked that they literally melt in your mouth. You can tell everything is made with care and attention to detail. And if you come here, you absolutely HAVE to try the battered desserts… genuinely sensational and unlike anything I’ve tried before. The service, the food, and the overall experience were all 10/10. Massive shout out to Vanesa for her amazing hospitality and positive energy — she really went above and beyond to make the experience even better. Definitely the best! Can’t wait to come back again.
WOW. First time here and won’t be the last. There were 9 of us. We were served by Vanessa. She recommended dishes, made sure we had what we needed. She was chatty and very polite and knowledgable about how the food is made. The food itself was very fresh, tasty and well presented. We all commented that it was the best meal we have had out as a family in a long time. The steak was cooked as agreed and melted in the mouth. The chicken was moist and tasty. The chips were incredible. Don’t know what they did to them but they are so good. The salad was fresh. The deserts were amazing. Vanessa recommended the deep fried Ferrero Rocher and Snickers. Both were amazing. Not at all greasy and the batter had a doughnut consistency. The place itself is clean and modern. We will be back that’s for sure.
This was a great place to eat and enjoy! The food was great as we ate there almost every night of our stay. There were other choices but this was such a good place to eat and find a friendly face. A big thank you to Vanessa for making our dinner hour so welcoming, this girl can make a delicious Mojito! So sweet! Good to her customers!
