Lovely characterful pub with a brilliant selection of beers (the daily bread ale floated down...) and super friendly staff. Great atmosphere in the cosy wood panelled snugs. Tasty pizza as well.
my favourite pub in walkley and maybe even sheffield!! very lucky to have this as my local. the prices are great, the staff are all lovely and so friendly, and the pints are excellent. really cool decor inside too - it's all of age and gives a super cosy feel. great heated outdoor area too which is also excellent in summer. dog friendly and the staff love dogs too which is great. last time i visited i did some candle painting and they were more than happy to let us do it (i've seen they host other art and crafty things too but not been myself) - we left a couple in the candle holders to the left of the bar (i wont be offended if they get removed lol)
A traditional English pub with lovely interior and good selection of beers. A lovely garden to hang out during summer time. The fish and chips are lightly battered with great favours. Good value for money.
Loads of great beers to try and so beautiful inside. Bar staff really good, happy to let you try out samples of the beer first. Not had food here yet.
Amazing food and great beers 🍻🍺 also dog friendly, definitely highly recommended
