A classic QPR matchday local in Shepherd’s Bush, the White Horse shows live football with listings on its official page and Sky/TNT screens inside, making it an easy pre- or post-match stop to catch earlier or later kick-offs. It’s a short walk from Shepherd’s Bush Market Underground and close to Loftus Road, and is described by CAMRA/WhatPub as QPR-friendly on matchdays. Inside, WhatPub notes multiple large sports screens, so you can keep an eye on simultaneous fixtures. The pub’s own socials lean into its QPR identity, reinforcing that it’s a traditional home-fan gathering spot with an energetic atmosphere on game days.
Cozy little local pub with friendly and hospitable staff all-round from the few times I've been so far. Reasonable price drinks for despite being close on the high street and within minutes of the Shepherds Bush Market tube station nearby. Can get a bit rowdy when the football is on but nothing else of concern and still had a good experience overall without any complaints or issues to bring up. Drinks came out quickly but we haven't tried any of their food yet. Thumbs up.
The white horse is an interesting place, don't let the mildly cursed vibe put you off. Cheap pints, friendly staff and good people. Just don't talk about football unless you support QPR 😜
This is in my top ten boozers! whenever we are in the area this has to be visited, every time I have been there the welcome is fantastic from the locals (as long as you are not an idiot)! £3.60 a Guinness! bar staff are great and I cant recommend this pub enough. great night Friday 23/5 before watching a gig at Bush hall looking forward to next visit
The White Horse is a locals local on the Uxbridge road, Shepherds Bush. A simple pub with a warm welcome and some colourful language. A good selection of keg beers, a couple of cask taps but not looking like any are on. Beer appears to be priced favourably. Lovely staff.
Home fans pub on a QPR match day. Always lively with a good atmosphere and nice staff. £4.10 for a pint of cider is excellent value for money in London these days too. Historically the closest pub to Loftus Road until the early 1950s
