📍 1.0 miles from Deepdale
City-centre pub on Lancaster Road (PR1 1DA), a short walk from Preston railway station and right by the bus station, making it an easy meet-up before heading to Deepdale. The venue brands itself as a sports bar with large HD screens and explicitly lists Sky/BT Sports, so televised fixtures are shown. On Preston North End home matchdays they run £2.50 pint offers for PNE supporters before kick-off and for two hours after, and posts call it the “home pub of PNE,” so it’s a popular pre/post-match spot for home fans. If you’re not going to the ground, the multiple big screens mean you can still watch the game in town.
Visited this evening with my friends, we had the most amazing time! The new manager Mel and her team went above and beyond for us! 100% recommend! A true Preston gem
We had a lovely lively weekend in Preston last weekend. The Staff were all very friendly and had a good laugh with them all. Cant wait to come back here, missing you all already xx
Often come here for a few great pints at a place with fantastic staff, fantastic management and a great atmosphere. If I want to treat myself, a BLT is my go to, it's absolutely fantastic! I've tried the American breakfast box before too, with a side of beans (gotta be done), didn't disappoint either, delivered fresh as if the kitchen was next door. Has to be one of my favourite pubs in Preston, and top of my list for food (it doesn't feel like pub food at all, it's great quality, great taste). All in all, I think the pint prices are reasonable, I've never had a bad pint, and the food prices are exceptionally reasonable. Smashing it always!
Fantastic atmosphere on the Saturday night.
