We went there for Valentine's Day and had a really great time, the food was really good and affordable, staff was amazing considering how busy they were. We booked a table in advance. I would definitely come back.

We met our son for Christmas Dinner here this year as he lives in Norwich and works xmas eve/boxing day, it made sense for us to travel from Essex. On arrival I needed change for the parking, the member of staff added our number plate on the 'system' so we didn't need to worry. We were shown our table, and we did have a long wait for our food mostly because a large party were ahead of us, the staff kept us informed, were really apologetic, offered us free drinks (which declined as we were driving etc). When the food arrived it was really lovely, everything that should be hot was hot, quality great, plates filled plentifully, obviously not the same as Christmas at home, but it was really great. Definitely would go there again, atmosphere nice, staff great, food great, would I choose Christmas Day? Probably not but then eating out on Christmas day was never a first option for us, it was a convenience that meant we could spend the day with our son.

I went to the Woolpack a couple of days ago and I had an amazing experience! Harrison was very kind and guided me through the allergy process as my wife has a mustard allergy. Josh was the one that brought our food out and we asked for an extra pot of sauce which was swiftly brought to us. The food here was amazing as wel! Definitely would come back again and would advise everyone else to go into this establishment. Truly an amazing experience!

Came along with my partner for some food had a lovely time. Got 5 small plates and the trio fries, definitely worth the money, very nice and presentable. Will definitely have to come back for some more. Nice staff aswell Josh was very welcoming and nice to chat to.
