The Red Lion in Bromley is a gem of a classic-style pub that ticks all the right boxes for a great pub experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and unpretentious, with a fantastic selection of real ales on draught, particularly the offerings from Harvey's, which were top-notch. One of the standout features is the jukebox, which adds a nostalgic charm and lets you set the perfect soundtrack to your visit. But the real highlight for me was the dartboard. I spent a thoroughly enjoyable hour honing my game, and it was a refreshing change to find a pub that still caters to traditional pastimes like this. The bar staff were absolutely lovely—friendly, attentive, and added to the overall warm vibe of the place. I left feeling very happy and can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a proper pub experience.

Very good pub in a quiet back street not far from Bromley North Station and the town centre. Five cask beers on handpump when I visited. A few tables outside at the front. The friendly locals pub offers a pizza menu and well kept real ales.

Great traditional pub in the heart of old Bromley. Super beers on tap and fabulous staff, thank you for a lovely evening will definitely be back.

Return visit to this great pub after more than thirty five years. Not much has changed in the intervening time, the beer's still served bright and it's bar service with a smile. Long may that continue!

Not only a fantastic pub, but also my favourite all round experience in Bromley. It’s become my second front lounge. Can’t speak highly enough of the proprietors, Shiv and Chris. And if you’re searching for real ale, this is the place to be. A great selection of beer; never disappoints. Met some great folk here, too. Friendly pub. Pizzas are not only tasty (and amply furnished), but incredibly cheap. Top Pub!

Great local pub with rotating guest beer on tap. Green King IPA is a fan favorite. Friendly staff and excellent service.

Nice little pub can sit outside as well. I didn’t ask about food so no idea of that, the drinks were reasonably priced.
