Beautiful old pub .. in fact the oldest in a London in Rotherhithe on the Thames. Closed to station as well as Cumberland Wharf where the pilgrims set sail for American in 1620. The area is full of history as well as the pub. You are transport to a different world. We got a good table outside by the river. Staff is efficient and helpful. We ordered the fish platter which was excellent and very traditional. They had herring roll which was very nice ( first time I tried this). Delicious fried prawns 🍤 , salmon and tuna. Simply delicious 😋. Drinks were good. Great atmosphere. Would love to come back did Sunday lunch.

The staff here were very friendly. I stopped by at the end of a long day in the city and had a very nice meal. I had a fantastic duck liver starter. The steak was delicious. The chips were triple fried and some of the best I’ve ever had. The pub is lovely. Well worth a trip here if you’re in London for a visit.

LOVE this quintessential British Pub, right on the Thames with indoor and outdoor seating options. Great history connected with the Mayflower and loads of old memorabilia and photos to scope out. Most importantly, this was the best Sunday roast I have had here during my 6 month visit. This may well be my favorite pub. Easily rivals the Prospect of Whidby across the way. Cute little neighborhood as well. I had a wonderful father's day here.

This is a must see site for history lovers. This is the pub-under a different name 400 years ago where the Mayflower docked. After docking here it went off to Portsmouth and then Plymouth, and after a few false starts the Mayflower eventually made it to the New World.
Check out the back of the pub and you can see that you’re right on the River Thames. So if you’re anything like me, you don’t come in here and expect great food and service. You come for the atmosphere of this historic location. But yet you will find yourself a fine selection of beers and spirits. We had a delicious fish platter as an appetizer and the service was friendly.

Made reservations here for dinner while on vacation in London. The history of the pub is really neat and the decor matches the mood of the place. Service was excellent, food was really good, and the outdoor seating area was really nice. Highly recommend!

Wonderful & historic pub facing the Thames. Good cask ale selection, didn't try the food although it was packed and the food was very popular! Very dark, but wonderful atmosphere.

Mayflower Pub was an amazing experience. The food was incredible and so fresh. We went as the sunset over the Thames, and the lights and atmosphere on the patio was both cozy and quaint. Will definitely be back! Reasonably priced and perfect for a date night.

Great local pub for Sunday roast or small plates style food. The anchovies bruschetta was my favourite. Outdoor terrace is great for some river views even better at sunset. Friendly environment!
