Another year, another visit same great hospitality from Vanessa and Ian.. so friendly and welcoming... Thank you 🤗 The Cricketers is a beautifully presented Punch pub. Fantastic attention to detail, super clean throughout and a huge outdoor covered area to enjoy food, drinks and sports on the multiple outside screens. This pub has a huge selection of bottled beers and ciders to compliment the usual draught options (photo) I always say it but people want to know their food is prepared to the highest standard and with Vanessa's approval I've included the pictures of the exceptionally clean kitchen, all modern labelling and colour coded utensils and boards being used... Very high standards are in place at the cricketers throughout. The beer garden is huge and dog friendly and children are very welcome This would be a great place to while away a few hours with good food and drink in great company.

Great warm, friendly pub. Just a shame about the recent menu change. The cookie dough portion is exactly the same as before, but now they’ve called it a “sharer” and put the price up by £3 — now £8.29. The only real difference is they serve it in a bigger dish, but the amount is the same. I used to order it every now and then, but I definitely won’t be getting it again. Such a shame — it used to be great!

I absolutely love this place, all the staff are amazing and the management are just out of this world but my favourite by far is the beautiful Elle who always go over and beyond to make us welcome - the best food and the best atmosphere 100% recommend visiting this lovely pub!!

Lovely pub to relax and have a drink. Bar staff are kind and supportive. Food is brilliant and there is a lot to choose from!

Ell is amazing, Vanessa is amazing, Ian is also amazing they are very welcoming and amazing, couldn’t think of anywhere else to go when you want a drink. Such a good pub 10/10!!!

Nice pub with a good group of drinks, the food is sometomes fantastic and sometimes a bit bland. Depends on the cook, or how many items are being done or how rushed they are. The music cranks painfully loud in the evening. Pub quiz on thursday is fun but very hard and the questions are geared towards people in their 50s and 60s, with music and events all from way before the years remembered by people under 50!

It was very busy when I came, but the girl behind the bar called Ell is absolutely amazing, why the owners decided to have her on her own when it was packed I have no idea, but she was absolutely brilliant My pint of Carling was refreshing
