Two meals, out of three, bun toasted or under lamp to long sausage was'nt great. Not a great steak either, tasty mushrooms First round of drinks, tea pots were just 1/2 full of hot water, not even cup and 1/2

Popped in for a quick drink and got a £60 parking charge of their private parking firm.
That's one expensive beer, and a terrible way to treat customers, beware !!
With reference to the owners reply, I understand what you're saying, but we parked up and went straight to the beer garden.
Probably need signs on each table outside as well as a warning??
Especially when you can order from the table and not go inside to see the signs, which leaves you vulnerable.
I will call in soon to sort this matter.
Thanks

Come here today at 3pm and was told Sunday dinner's had run out! It's 3 pm on a sunday afternoon and no Sunday dinner's?? Very poor in my opinion. Waiting time was bad as waited 50 mins before food arrived, we had 2 drinks each before meal came. No Guinness available. Ordered steak and it was the worst steak I've ever had, it was awfully chewy. Garlic bread was burnt and had a southern fried chicken burger which was meant to come with chicken gravy but came with beef gravy, service was slow and it was not even busy. Very disappointed and won't be returning in the near future.

Lovely meal with family. Two staff stood out Ethan and Zara. It was extremely busy when we arrived and had a bit of a wait for food but that's understandable when so busy. Ethan and Zara were excellent at making sure everyone was happy with their food and drink and were amazing at handling awkward customers. Well done. Will be returning.

Fantastic experience even on a super busy day, with the sun scorching. Some guests were complaining over nothing, but the staff stayed calm and professional. Zara and Ethan were amazing — friendly, attentive, and handled everything brilliantly. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Will definitely be back!

Was pleasent enough experience on hot sunny day.
Long queues as expected however the staff were chatty, friendly.
The food wasn't the best and expected more quality for the price.
When the chef did the pizza he sneezed and then went into the back not knowing if he washed his hands also there were things missing on the pizza toppings.
All the rest of food (hotdog, ice cream and cookie bronwie tart) were good.
Chocolate fudge cake was supposed to be hot but was barely warm and didn't taste right.
Would come again if prices matched quality of food

Me and my friend went today, we had our drink brought by somebody who doesn’t even work there and it took 2 hours for our food to arrive and all the tables around us had been and gone. We asked for our order to be cancelled so they said they will bring it straight out when it’s ready rather than cancel it like we asked. When it arrived the cheese wasn’t even melted on the burger, we ordered a bacon cheeseburger and looked down in disbelief as we seen the one pathetic slither of bacon on our burgers. We both ate 2 bites and decided to spare our stomachs the burden of the rest of it. Our server didn’t come up to us to ask us how our food was probably deterred by the complaints we’d already made yet went over to the next table to ask them. We just decided to leave in the end. When we arrived home my stomach felt so tight and I had to run to the bathroom to throw up, my friend felt sick for the rest of the night.

Stopped in as a family to have a cheeky pint whilst the kids played in the park.
Our experience at Marstons establishments has always been quite consistent, and this one was no exception.
WiFi easily accessible outdoors, QR code on the table, worked seamlessly with Apple pay. Food promptly delivered. Pizza was delicious and immediately demolished. Halloumi fries were excellent, crispy on the outside, soft and not chewy inside.
