Great pub with a fantastic atmosphere for the rugby six nations. Great hearty menu with lots of options for a great day out! I had the buttermilk fried chicken poutine and the corn ribs - excellent 👌thanks Millie for looking after us!

Lovely pub with a good selection of beers on draft, lots of space and good facilities. The service is friendly and fast and the prices are very reasonable. We only came for drinks but when we visited on Sunday lunchtime the pub got busy with various groups having lunch so I would recommend booking a table during the weekend.

Delicious roast! Couldn’t have been nicer. The pork and butternut squash wellington were amazing. Ella served us and was an absolute delight! Will be back!

The star is dropped for the jacket potatoe option not bei g available, the pie and chipx came with overcooked chips, lack of generosity on the gravy, hard peas. Generally unapetising, thouvh perfectly edible. Fabulous olace and atmosphere.

Had a wonderful Sunday roast out in the sun. Roast pork came with some beautiful crackling with an impressive yorkie on top. Everything was seasoned so nicely, even treated ourselves to some cauliflower cheese. Great portions for the price. Faye, Tom and Molly looked after us so well, it’s becoming a bit of a regular spot for us. After a few glasses of rosè, we went upstairs for a game of pool. Bit of a hidden gem, will deffo be back.

A group of us were celebrating a friend’s birthday on Saturday and decided to hire a dart board at the Whitmore Tap. The interactive darts were great and there was a good variety of games to play. The pub itself had a great atmosphere all night and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Molly the manager was really welcoming, setting us up with everything we needed and told us she was on-hand if we had any questions. Shout out also to Millie, Tom, Leon and Larry who were also super friendly and attentive throughout the night.
Whether you're a pro at darts or just looking for a fun evening out, I’d highly recommend it. The staff really helped make the night a success and we’ll definitely be back for another round soon!

Really fun spot for a night out. The interactive darts were a great twist – easy to use and perfect for groups.
Big shoutout to Molly and the team, super friendly and helpful, made sure we had everything we needed without being over the top.

What a great pub, the service (and darts) is what makes me keep coming back. Didn’t eat this time but know the food is great. Big shout out to Millie and Tom today. So friendly and nice. Cannot fault them. See you again soon
