Literally popped in a for a drink as hadn’t been in this pub before so can’t comment on the food. What I can say is that the service was excellent. I was a bit undecided as to what to go for and straightaway, the gentleman behind the bar offered a few samples of beers and ales without me even asking! He had good knowledge and was very friendly with his approach. Will be back to try some of the food next time since I already had dinner that evening.

Absolutely amazing Pub, my family grew up in Sutton we came back for the FA cup Final Palace Vs Man city and they reserved a great table for us right in front of the big screen the food was great, the prices were really reasonable but most of all the atmosphere was brilliant just what you need, calm, upbeat and happy to celebrate with us when we won! Best afternoon for a long time, go to the Gander Inn for live sports or a nice meal and a decent glass of Sauvignon Blanc 👍

Great local pub. Very good for watching sport events because there are several screens positioned across the large venue. They have a pool table and darts as well. Very fair and good pricing policy on drinks and good deals on food plus a drink. The burger I had was freshly made, very tasty and came with lovely chips. What more can you ask for in a local pub; perfect.

A great pub with outstanding service and friendly locals. The landlord was really welcoming and made the evening all the more enjoyable. A good range of beers and food all reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again next time I am in the UK.

Had a very tasty large mixed grill which was cooked to perfection and far beyond normal pub grub standard, definitely one of the best mixed grills I’ve had. The wife had the twice as spice dish which she also thoroughly enjoyed. Good service and excellent value for money 👍
