Shots v Woking FA Trophy. Brilliant day out. Atmosphere was great. Football itself wasn't the best, but this is non-league. Pre-match food and drink was good (you can have a beer as soon as you get through the High Street gates). This is a proper old ground but most of the stands are covered.

Tidy little football club. Very welcoming. Enjoyed my visit on a recent pre-season friendly. Ground is on the smaller side and very dated. Looking a bit rough but full of character. Loved the old-school standing terraces. Aldershot played well and really hope they push on in the coming season. Worth a visit for any keen groundhopper.

Did Hospitality at Aldershot Town, as a neutral groundhopper. Brilliant club, with great people. There is a lovely buzz about the place, hopefully looking at some good times. The ground is a must visit for football fans. It's a brilliant throwback to how the football experience used to be. A decent terrace behind the goal, which creates a great atmosphere. Plenty of seating as well. It would be sad for football if all these grounds get replaced with soulless bowls. Food excellent, well looked after, highly recommended !!

When I called up the for the tickets in the away end the lady on the phone was so accommodating and helpful. When we arrived at the ground the stewards who greeted us was less so. We were advised that we were unable to park in the ground car park and have to park in the town centre. My son instead decided to park and double yellows where an Aldershot staff member had parked and was shouted not to park there. Once parked up after arranging to contribute money to a company nearby we waited by the same gates to get in only to hear the same stewards who locked gates at 1.30 to park on the same double yellows - one rule for one and one rule for everyone else. Inside the ground the rest of the stewards were polite and helpful the ground itself takes you back to the 80s and 90s with the old style turnstiles incorporated into the wooden stand. Very much old trying to meet new(ish). Disabled toilets facilities not really fit for purpose if in a wheelchair located in the south stand. Great choice of music in the ground - bit of something for everyone. And great atmosphere. Positives - helpful, accommodating and friendly stewards, polite office staff, throwback stadium Negatives - South stand disabled toilets, some stewards with double standards

My home town, proper football, and the east bank stand is proper loud and passionate. My dad Rolland Alen was a huge supporter in 1992 when the club disappeared and was reborn. We watched , played, and supported your club, I'm 4th generation, and I brought my son to watch his first game. He said in his words. Tell me you're in a military town by those drums ๐Ÿฅ. Loved it and can't wait for wemberly. James in the bar sneaked us into the old Hampton room, and that programme was the last game I watched as a kid when our keeper scored a penalty. 23 years later, Rueben, my son, got to experience the best football club in the whole country. Up the shots. SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS ๐Ÿคช

A football club and a ground that's quite unique. Atmosphere in abundance with first class non league football and a terrific, friendly fan base. Makes for a great afternoon of football with the kids and grandkids

I visited Aldershot Town F.C. on a mild Wednesday in October. Burgers with cheese and onion were very good. The Crimea pub just down the road was friendly even to the away supporters with a decent choice of draught beers/lagers. Away supporters had standing covered and uncovered areas to one corner of the ground and the covered section enabled good acoustics for the Southend United songs and banter to be heard by all. Stewards friendly, referee not so much! A 0-0 draw was a tad disappointing. So too were the port-a-loos. ๐Ÿคฎ. For the ladies they must have been particularly unappealing. The walk through the dark slippery forest to the coach was not for those unsteady on their feet. Nonetheless thank you Aldershot FC (except those potty-mouthed youths hurling threatening banter as we left! All in good jest!) We had a fun evening with good singing.
