Why is Grove Inn good for fans?
The Grove Inn is a short walk from Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium and is described as a fantastic matchday venue. It shows live sport on several TVs, including Sky Sports and BT/TNT Sports, making it handy for pre- and post-match viewing. It’s also listed by Football Ground Guide as one of the pubs for away fans close to the Etihad, and CAMRA/WhatPub notes it is probably the closest cask-ale outlet to the stadium. Expect Joseph Holt beers on the bar, with cask options, and a busy matchday atmosphere.

I had a pint of Trailblazer Stout, then I had another one. Then I came back the next day for another 2. Nice view of the stadium, although I'm a reds fan, lol. Definitely be back for more. Staff and locals seem friendly, price was better than spoons

A traditional Holts pub that my brother spotted when we were test driving the latest Tesla Model 3! After the test drive, we visited the pub for a couple of excellent pints of Holts Bitter. Beautiful beer 🍺 👍

What can one say, this is a traditional Holt's Pub. The bitter is well kept and the pub is clean and tidy. The pub doesn't look much from the outside but don't judge a book by it's cover.

Really friendly pub and great, down to earth people. A bit of trouble now and then as to be expected, but the landlord makes you feel safe and welcoming. It has taken a while to improve the place but compared to this time last year, I feel safe and comfortable in this pub now. Landlord and staff will go out of their way to welcome you. Thanks guys 😁😁

Easy going pub on which Margaret and I always feel welcome by the staff and customers, the beer is kept well as too is the cleanliness and comfortable surroundings.
On and off I started frequenting the 'GROVE' around 2001 in which we befriended several people, over the years some have passed on and the Pub has always been well run by the numerous Managers and Chris the present Manager seems to be doing a good job as too are his staff.
