This is a handy pub in Ipswich town centre, it even has a nice courtyard beer garden too.
It's a boisterous place full of characters but generally friendly on my occasional visits.
The beers are kept well (though the unfulfilled promise of London Pride is a constant disappointment).
Not a regular haunt for me but pleasant when I do call by. Cheers to the fun ladies behind the bar.

Not been here before so thought would nip in for quick drink. It's an early bird pub with its 10am opening.
Staff are friendly and it has free WiFi and an outside smoking area to the side.
Does do food but didn't try it, will do next time.

It's alright is Mannings, the staff are always nice and approachable, the clientele I find quite friendly and the drinks prices are banging.
If you like sport there's a few thousand TV's dotted about the place, decent seating areas, good outside relax/smoking area. All in all pretty good

It's an old pub.. and it shows, if you want old old this is for you. If you want nice old..walk on bye. All tvs on horse racing, tables used by old locals, outside area (smoking) not nice and had the feeling of a drugs den. Staff were polite and drinks ok..
I'm sorry its only 3*** from me, it just felt as an outsider we weren't welcome.
