Why is The Wellington Inn good for fans?

On the outskirts of Stoke town centre, this pub is convenient for supporters drinking in town before or after the match. It shows live sport via Sky Sports and TNT Sports on multiple screens, making it a solid option to catch early kick-offs or other games around your fixture. Late opening hours on weekends (to 02:00 Fri–Sat and 01:00 Sun) suit post-match meet-ups, and food is available, useful for a pre- or post-game bite.

Just love this place, publican & bar staff super friendly and welcoming. Other customers friendly and chatty, feels like home from home. Wish we could visit more often but as my husband drives for a living and booze and driving Never mixes, we are limited sadly. Still we enjoy every visit we are able to make, some are even with our dog! Xx

Often visit this pub with my partner who originally is from Stoke and a 5 minute walk from his home. They have a wonderful selection of drinks and we love their crystal glasses. On certain nights the fun loving landlord puts on some finger food for the punters which is a nice touch. We visited on Sunday night and we were nicely entertained by the karaoke singers. The lady landlord is a darling and the bar staff are all very friendly. They raise a lot for charity and often have a quiz and Bingo.

Superb, friendly, welcoming, well run pub. Set out correctly to maintain social distancing but still keeping the overall atmosphere. Recent structural changes inside have been done to a very high standard and you won't be disappointed with a visit, even though the popular disco nights cannot yet return.

Always a welcoming place to go where you will undoubtedly meet new friends. Acoustic night has a lovely atmosphere and a fantastic selection of songs sung by the local gem that is Grant! Will be making it more of a regular haunt in the future

A nice little pub about half way down London road in Stoke. I went with some friends to see Grant sing on Thursday, and we all had a nice evening. The barman is very polite and had a nice chat, they even had sandwiches on! The pub is to be expected, but is clean and tidy, give it a try... I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic bar staff and well priced drinks. Venue us quite small and you get some characters in there. Good for a couple but the customers will wind you up after an hour or so. This is not the venue's fault just a bi product of its prices and location
