It's a short walk from Accrington railway station (around 200m), making it an easy pre- and post-match meet for travelling supporters. Inside, it's set up as a sports bar with TVs around the walls, and it markets itself as a place for live sport if you can't make it to the ground—so you can catch live football on matchdays. Recent visitor feedback also calls it a great pub for away fans before and after games.

Clean and tidy pub, newly refurbished. Great Friday night atmosphere with disco music, lights and sports screens all around the premises. Attractive bar staff but unfortunately the landlady/ manager stood at the bar entrance seen drinking beer! Toilets were in a good condition along with the external areas. I would return again.

Poor service by the landlady .ignores you and serves her regular s . When she's on don't bother going in because you will wait a while not good at all . But apart from her the staff are great . The landlady of this pub should pull her finger out

Overall cleanliness wasn’t nice. The toilets disgusting and the staff need to be more well presented. Deodorant cost 1 and so does toothpaste. Think the owner needs to clamp down on this! These people are the face of the pub.

Very welcoming pub with pool, live football and spacious. Children are also welcome. A variety of lagers and John Smith's butter plus a large selection of bottled beers. 5 minute walk from the train station and about 25 minutes to Accrington Stanley football ground, up a very long hill.
