This a great pub ran by someone who has years of experience working in the trade. Which shines through because it’s a great pint. Atmosphere is as you’d expect. Been coming for years. Hadn’t been for some time. Was a relief to see the same landlady, because she’s what makes the pub the way it is. While I’m in the area I’ll be frequenting on a daily.

Found this place as Googled for somewhere to eat as on a day out near by. Very impressed. Nice residential area, popular but no problem getting a table. Staff friendly and attentive. Ordered 3 different sizzler meals all which were excellent and reasonably priced. Will definitely return when back in the area.

This review only comes after having an unpleasant experience for two times in a row. Went both times for breakfast, once they messed the orders and they said that is what i ordered when i had not, checked on the computer after and confirmed was their mistake so i had to wait another 20 min for my breakfast. And then yesterday again asked the lady in the morning for the eggs to be well done and they were as shown on the picture, she is very unbothered and uninterested when taking orders, cannot mess up always when you only have two tables in the morning. Always a minimum of 25 min wait for the breakfast. Cleanliness is far from from good, the tables are always sticky and the dust as shown.

I recently felt the need to leave a ‘one star’ review for the Grenville Arms due to my dissatisfaction at receiving an excessive parking fine. However, following a response from the Jo and the team, I would like to edit my rating to ‘five stars’. Their customer service has been exceptional. They wasted no time in making contact with me, and once I had explained my situation and circumstances, they agreed to sort out the misunderstanding and waive the fine. I now have no hesitation in recommending the Grenville Arms and would certainly return again when in the area.

We had a great and very reasonably priced breakfast on the way to the NEC here. I had a issue with parking and received a notice from the parking firm but this was quickly resolved when speaking with the pub management via email. Make sure you read all signs and give your number plate on arrival to prevent a charge later. Would certainly recommend and will be stopping by next time I visit the NEC.

Had breakfast here on the way to the N.E.C. price was a amazing £6 for a full English and £1.50 for unlimited tea. Food was enjoyable and service was quick. 100% a great stop if your heading to the airport or N.E.C
