1st time visit to see the band Silence, didn't eat any grub so can't comment, service at the bar was fairly quick but it was a very busy night. The atmosphere was great with the band playing outside. The pub has made really good use of the outside area. More than happy to go back again, but it is quite a distance from where I live.

Fabulous, old-fashioned boozer for all ages. Been in the same family for 35years. Superb atmosphere, quality ales and ciders, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Absolutely brilliant. Can't reccomend highly enough!

My favourite drinking hole in Bradford. A great selection of IPA’s and draught beer nice crowd here with a nice outside garden.

Sometimes, you just need a proper pub. Forget your gastropubs and your craft ale temples – this is the real deal. The carpet's probably seen more spills than a brewery floor, the lingering scent of stale beer and questionable cleaning products is as much a part of the decor as the wonky framed prints. But that's the charm, isn't it? The beer's cheap, the locals are characters, and the banter flows as freely as the lukewarm lager. Also a little side note the pizzas from the little stall looked incredible; maybe next time I'll give them a go because you can't really complain when they start at £8 for an onsite pizza oven.

Vegan pizza (ask for without cheese) is excellent, gave us extra veg on request and even dug out some off menu veg for us for a bespoke pizza experience. Bread is 10/10 tasty. Thanks for being so nice.
