Toni with an i was superb. Michal not michael promised me a tasters of ale and delivered with great service
Callum “the workhorse” also promised me a yard of tasty ale, but was holding the fort down being a superb hard worker. Overall excellent and thy all deserve a raise.

Started the evening off with delicious food, freshly cooked as came piping hot. Also come here regularly for a meal out and Every single time a gentleman named Ashley is working, I always see him work exceptionally hard, A real asset to the company, never stops working, very efficient as well as welcoming, let me assure you huge huge asset to the company. Deserves a huge praise!

One of the best Wetherspoons pubs there is, always clean in there, plenty of seating in the morning or week day evenings.
It does get super busy here on either football days or the weekend, also expect it to be busy on days where it's really hot as there's a decent beer garden out the back.
Generally the atmosphere here is serene with only the occasional tracksuit native to the areas causing a fuss.
The table service is quick and never had any issues with food or drinks orders here.

Although a typical wetherspoons, this place is ran by great staff, professional... Food& drinks service were prompt and hassle free... Great beer garden at the rear, huge seating area in the sun.
Gets rather busy when football is on, due to the proximity to Argyle..
Worth a visit if you're in the area..

Wow! What a contrast to the other Wetherspoon in the area! Building is much smaller but the service is fantastic!!! What great staff! Bar lady was really nice and even offered to explain how the coffee machine worked. The waitress was cheerful and cracked a joke. A member of staff even came out to chase off a seagull in the garden area... All made for a lovely experience. Food was bang on. Other people's plates were really presentable too. Site is really clean, so clean that when a customer dropped an item from their pocket the staff lady spotted it and picked it up. I'd give 6 stars on this one if I could.

Cant believe dont do steak no more... meals where boring not muc choice mostly burgers ....and extremely small portions hubby mash pie peas so small would fed child ... I ended up with chicken stripes as didn't have breast chicken i wanted meant been 10 pieces only had six salad looked worse for wear definitely wouldn't go again. Food terrible very disappointed

We have been out from work as a group of colleges. To enjoy the evening. The service was excellent by the bar staff. There was an elderly couple I noticed they finished their meals and were sitting there for a while. I came to the bar and asked a lady behind the bar if she would mind to clean the empty plates. She did straight away no questions asked and the couple looked satisfied and looked like theyd been noticed. Her name was Katie and she's been really nice and polite and a very good worker and she should be noticed as a great member of staff
