We thoroughly enjoyed our roast Turkey dinners, the Turkey was was lovely and tender and the Yorkshire puddings were huge. My kids loved the scampi and dippers as well. After enjoying our mains at such an exceptional price we tried the desserts and again we loved them ❤️

Josh the Barman was very polite and helpful ensuring I had ordered everything I wanted. The food was lovely, came out very fast, the service from the floor staff was incredible and we were never made to feel like a nuisance. We felt comfortable and top priority to the staff.

We visited the HF when on a trip to Morecambe. Went for a Sunday roast as I saw good reviews about it. We went around 3pm and to our disappointment they had no beef left and enough turkey for one small meal. A few came in for the Sunday roast and were all told the same thing. I think for 3pm on a Sunday afternoon running out of meat so early is awful! Especially as it wasn’t busy. We ordered different food and to be honest it wasn’t great. The steak was really tough and cold, the beef chilli was full of kidney beans and not much beef and also came with pilau rice? Which shouldn’t come with a chilli really. The small turkey dinner we did order the broccoli was rock hard so my son refused to eat but he did eat the turkey and the Yorkshire pudding which he enjoyed. On the upside, The staff were really good and lovely really attentive to anything we needed. All in all it came up to over £60 and it really wasn’t worth the money.

Seven adults and two children went for a 14th birthday party. We booked in advance and the table was set up nicely with us all sat together. We ordered drinks and meals at the bar with an attentive and helpful barman. The meals all came together and were hot and delicious. We brought a birthday cake with us and it was no problem for the staff to bring it out, candles lit and singing happy birthday. We had a lovely time, thank you to all the staff who made the birthday boy's day. We'll certainly be back.

Amazing food, great atmosphere! Micheal was an amazing host and made it a very enjoyable place to be. David made sure we had everything we needed and both went above and beyond for our table!

Visited today for a Sunday dinner with my mrs and we enjoyed it. It appears to have new staff since our last visit and the Service from Colin was brilliant and he couldn't do enough for us. Really friendly and we were made to feel welcome. The food was amazing ( see photos) we couldn't finish it as the portion was huge having the larger option. Everything was cooked to perfection by Wayne the chef. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this little gem. Dogs are welcome and they even have a doggies menu 😁 and a doggie takeaway for your not so socialising doggies. Can't praise them enough. Our new favourite place. You won't be disappointed.
