We had a birthday celebration for a friend yesterday and booked a table for seven At lunchtime It was an excellent experience. It was so reasonably priced, Excellent value. and we all enjoyed our food. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially Nicole I think her name was. Her name began with an N! she sorted us out she bought a cake out that we had provided and had the candles lit and brought it to the table where we sang happy birthday. She also took photographs for us of our group. She went over and above and we all had a great time. Thank you to all those staff at the duck in the pond.

Food service is always slow here. Takes 30 mins+ for food to arrive. Whenever it gets to the 30 min mark, I have to ask the staff where the food is. The last time I did she said, oh we just had a big group come in and gestured at the empty seats around her. Like ?? Everything else is fine just a shame that the staff are too chill and don’t act like they’re there to work. Update: you can reply to my review wish you had the same energy when serving food. Your staff were standing around chatting and there was no apology for the wait. Your reply tells me management has the same attitude good luck with those surges in orders you speak of

A colleague recommended this place years ago and I’m absolutely gutted that I hadn’t visited before. The atmosphere was really welcoming and cozy, and the food and drink were brilliant. The team were also really friendly. They’ve got ample parking and lots of seating available inside. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy a drink and delish pub grub. Thanks Duck in the Pond!

Was here on Friday and i must say the atmosphere is good, the staff are amazing and the food is also banging, one noteworthy staff member Lewis was very welcoming and friendly, sparking up conversations with people making sure that they are seen to with any concerns or if they need a drink or if they want to order some food or anything like that, also his drink combo is legendary, you must ask him about it and try it for yourself, it was really good! i appreciate the staff down here and I will be coming back!

Have always had a good experience here. Great food and good value for money, especially the sunday roast! Good with my sons allergies. The other staff are always friendly and welcoming, especially Isabel and Tina- they always have a smile on their face!

First Sunday Lunch in this Kenton pub. All the staff were top notch very welcoming and efficient at their jobs. Food was decent and good value for money.. Give it a try. I can see why it popular.

Popped in for a quick dinner and a drink - very pleasantly surprised! Servers were very attentive and accommodating, excellent value for money. Cute touch to include chocolates with the tea/coffee - something you’d expect in a artsy cafe, so was impressed! Highly recommend if in the Harrow area - we will be back :)

Busy pub with limited parking space. Choice of food which is reasonable & one has got to be careful of not being overcharged for any drinks. 21.3.22 Management has changed & who need to become familiar with any offers being promoted on behalf of the pub! Friendly staff. 23.3.22 Apparently no staff to cook food & customers are kept waiting with dirty tables & bar! Unacceptable. No point in providing meal vouchers if they can't be used! A Mojito was not available! However , the toilets 🚻 with broken soap 🧼 dispensers with no soap at all , needs to be kept clean!
