Why is The Bath Tap Craft Bar good for fans?

The Bath Tap Craft Bar offers a selection of 10 craft beer taps, with 70% sourced from local breweries such as Farmyard Brew Co, Bowness Bay Brewery, and Lancaster Brewery, providing a strong regional beer offering. The venue collaborates with Morecambe Bay Chowder Co to serve coastal comfort food, including chowder bowls made with locally caught fish and Cumbrian chicken, available on Fridays and Saturdays from 12pm to 7pm. The pub's location on Northumberland Street in Morecambe places it near the Promenade and within walking distance of the train station, making it accessible for matchday visits. The establishment has undergone a £400,000 refurbishment, blending traditional English pub charm with a modern craft beer haven, and offers 11 newly refurbished rooms for accommodation.

3 cask and 10 exciting craft lines most sourced locally. A variety of chowder bowls - I tried the Salt Marsh Lamb Goulash this time. Toppings and Sourdough bread are available to accompany the Chowder.

Amazing dog friendly craft beer bar with a selection of local ales and local craft beers on a tap wall. Great selection of wines and coffees too, the inside is modern with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are so friendly and knowledgable, they can’t do enough for you and make you feel very welcome. A real gem for Morecambe!

We went along to the Bath Tap seeking their chowder after trying some from their pedal bike seller on the prom. We tried the Morecambe bay chowder with all the toppings and the ghoulash, they were delicious! I found the bacon topping a little salty, but the chorizo and of course the shrimp were just right. Service was quick and friendly, the bar atmosphere was lively but not unwelcoming, loos were clean. We'll definitely be back.

Amazing little craft bar. Looks after local producers with great range of craft and cask beer. Also had the morcambe bay chowder. No kidding probably the best I've had, added some venison chorizo and sourdough. Would visit again and again

We visited the refurbished Bath Tap which is a unique, opulent pub that has loads of character, with welcoming attentative and knowledgeable staff who gave some great beer recommendations in the cask & keg local beers.

Absolutely the best spot in town. Finally happy that there’s a decent craft beer place in Morecambe. Really nice service and proper beers from local breweries. Tried and really nice local craft IPA. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Haven't sampled the food yet but it looks and smells great. Great selection of local beers both hand pull and keg. All the bases seem covered style wise.
