I had heard a lot about this place being a great real ale pub, so I thought I'd check it out. I have to say in that aspect, it wasn't all everyone cracks it up to be, the selection was very basic. Bloke behind the bar was friendly enough, so service was great, and it was an ok place to chill out in for a couple of pints.

Great small local Pub offering a range of real ales which change weekly for a good choice, lagers and ciders also on tap and an extensive cocktail selection. Real fire for those cosy winter evenings and a beer garden for those warm summer nights.

Traditional pub (the last one in West Brom, or so we were told) with range fire and dark corners to sit in. Nice touches in ladies loos. Friendly service. On our visit limited selection of real ales, all pale. Other than that, great.

The pub is alright and looks a bit rough from the outside which is probably a natural expectation being West Bromwich but the drink is good and the staff are alright aswell. Good for a quick one if you're going by. Recommended. There is parking on the road but usually full.
